The platform

Touta connects customers, independent local stores, and independent delivery drivers. Stores prepare the products; drivers deliver them; Touta provides the marketplace.

Stores

Stores set their own menus, prices, and availability, and are responsible for the quality and safety of what they sell. Touta charges stores a service commission on each order.

Drivers

Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Touta. Drivers keep 100% of the delivery fee on orders they complete. Drivers must have the legal right to operate their vehicle.

Customers & payments

Prices, delivery fees, and any shipping costs are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If something goes wrong with an order, contact us and we'll make it right — refunds are handled case by case.

Acceptable use

No fraud, no abuse of drivers or stores, no unlawful use of the platform. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Liability

Touta provides the platform "as is" and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
