What we collect

Account details you give us (name, email, password stored encrypted). Delivery addresses you enter. Your order history. For drivers: vehicle and license details you submit when applying, and your location only while you are delivering an order — location sharing stops when the delivery is done.

What we never see

Your card number. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.

Who sees what

Stores see the orders placed with them. Drivers see the pickup address and your delivery address for orders they accept. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

Cookies

We use a single login cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can order as a guest. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
